Cancellation & Return Policy
At PraaRohha Agro, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, our cancellation and return policies are defined as follows:
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via phone or email.
- Cancellations requested after the 2-hour window may not be accepted, as the harvesting and packing process may already be underway.
- In case of successful cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Returns Policy
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
However, we will offer a replacement or refund only if:
- You receive a damaged, spoiled, or wrong item.
- You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- You share clear photographs of the product and packaging for verification.
Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will either replace the item or initiate a refund.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the entire order was incorrect or damaged.
