1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described.
  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You provide clear photos of the issue (product and packaging) to help us investigate.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We are unable to offer a refund in the following situations:

  • If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
  • If the product was left unattended after delivery and spoiled due to external factors.
  • If the issue is based on personal taste preference rather than product quality.
  • If incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or wallet, depending on your payment provider.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund or store credit may be offered if:

  • Only part of your order was affected.
  • You choose to accept a discount or credit toward your next order instead of a full refund.
