- You receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described.
- You notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You provide clear photos of the issue (product and packaging) to help us investigate.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We are unable to offer a refund in the following situations:
- If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
- If the product was left unattended after delivery and spoiled due to external factors.
- If the issue is based on personal taste preference rather than product quality.
- If incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or wallet, depending on your payment provider.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund or store credit may be offered if:
- Only part of your order was affected.
- You choose to accept a discount or credit toward your next order instead of a full refund.
